Each box contains 5 packs.

Shipping & delivery:
1. Shipment methods: UPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT, EMS, Air express, etc.
2. Delivery time is within 12 hours after payment confirmed. 
3. It will take 3~7days for shipping (depending on the destination country).
4. Any import charges or fees are buyer's responsibility.
Please note that some remote place will take around 1-3 days more on delivery.

After-Sales Service:
1.The  vape pen e cigarette has 12 months warranty after shipment except human factors.
2.All the products are strictly checked before packinig,ensure the defective rate is less than 1%.
3.In case any defective occured during transportation or by improper use,we will send you replacements in your next order.In case the defective is over 1%,all the defective products should be returned for replacements.
4.Buyer is responsiable for the shipping of return and seller is responsiable for the shipping of resending replacements.
