Q: How to order?

A: Please fill out the form in Inquiry or email&text&call us. Invoice made for you to make payment/ deposit. Production& shipment arranged. After-sale service and future cooperation.

Q: What's the MOQ?

A: Support sample order. 1000-5000 pcs for OEM order accordingly.

Q: What's the Lead time?

A: 1-3 working days for samples, 3-7 working days for bulk order. Custom paper box packaging will take around 7 working days after we confirm the final design.

Q: What's the delivery way?

A: DHL, UPS, TXT, Fedex, Air-cargo and so on.

Q: Can I have my logo on Cartridge/battery/disposable pen/syringe? What's the process?
