Descripiton :
Microporous ceramic filter bricks, plates, and tubes are composed of many bridge-shaped open pores with uniform size distribution and interconnection. When the fluid passes through these pores, suspended substances, colloidal particles, and macromolecules in the fluid are trapped. Adsorbed in the micro-porous channels, so as to achieve the effect of purification and filtration uniformity. Microporous ceramics have high strength, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, no pollution, uniform pore distribution, long service life and easy regeneration, and are particularly suitable for various gas and liquid filtration and fluid state processes.
It has the following characteristics:
(1) Extremely good corrosion resistance to all corrosive fluids (except hydrofluoric acid). The heat resistance is good, the effect is unchanged at 500-7000C, and there is no deformation.
(2) The pores are evenly distributed and the porosity is high (30%-50%). Bricks, plates and tubes with various fine pore sizes below 500μm can be made as required.
(3) High mechanical strength, it will not cause the change of the open pores and the deformation of micropores under the action of the fluid pressure, so it is easy to clean and regenerate in the application process, and the service life is long.
(4) It has numerous micropores with uniform network state distribution, and the pore diameter is slender and curved, with good penetration, and has the characteristics of capillaries, so that the solid particles form an arch bridge in the micropore diameter part, which has little effect on the filtration rate, under normal pressure Does not block micropores.
(5) The regeneration is simple, generally backflush once every three months, only need to clear the sediment, backflush with water or compressed air, then it can be restored to its original state and continue to be used.
(6) The microporous ceramic tile pool can be used for sludge dehydration for solid-liquid separation, which is superior to sand filter drying and mechanical filter press.
(7) Microporous ceramics can be widely used in solid-liquid separation, gas-liquid separation, oil-water separation, wine industry filtration, air filtration, circulating water filtration and other devices, instead of polymer PP liquid, filter screen, filter cloth, quartz sand, etc. .
(8) There is no harmful dissolution in the product, and the liquid will not be subject to secondary pollution after filtration. The service life (replacement cycle) is more than 20 years.
Usage:
1. Please clean the filter by water before filling materials in the filter groove. Different filter materials can be placed as single layer or mixed together.
2. 1L bio-chemical filtering materials can be used for 60L(60kg) water. Filtering effect is related to the using time, density of fishes and aquatic plants, water quality and size of stream.
